ABOUT THE ART - The Chernobyl Children's Program is proud to present original Belarussian artwork donated by students attending the Republican College of Art in Minsk, Belarus. Proceeds from the sale of artwork are used to provide respite care for Belarussian children who live in environments compromised by the radioactive fallout of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear meltdown. These original paintings are the creations of talented young artists (ages 9-15), and reflect their Eastern European ethnicity. In many cases, the student’s name and age are provided on the back of their work.

A portion of the reasonably priced, framed pieces are on display at the main campus of Memorial Hospital. They are hung on the wall behind the information booth at the main entrance and may be viewed any time. To see a greater selection, please email Information@ccpgc.org.

Purchasing a painting made by these young artists is not only a great addition to your home or office interior, but will also help pay the expenses to bring children to the United States for a summer health respite.

Mediums available - watercolor, pencil, acrylic, pastel, and oil. Some pieces are framed, others are mounted on cardboard then shrink wrapped.
Handling and shipping costs - each piece will be individually priced depending upon destination, size and weight.

Additional information is available at www.ccpgc.org
